Within the major, you can apply 15 credits from your A.A.S. degree or prior learning as a technical focus. You may also transfer all or most of your credits from an accredited institution and earn up to 24 credits from prior learning. These credits will count toward the 120 credits required to graduate. Business Fundamentals helps you develop financial and accounting acumen, as well as the human side of business and organizational operations. You will grow skills in analyzing financial statements and performance, creating operating budgets, managing and motivating others, and analyzing and using marketing information. Leadership focuses on social change and includes further exploration into organizational theory, team building, design thinking, and grant writing. Students admitted to this program may take graduate courses after completing 85 undergraduate credits, and up to 12 credits of graduate work may be used in partial satisfaction of the requirements for the undergraduate degree. During their fourth-year students can select up to four of the following graduate level courses:
