Coursework	The curriculum offers students a broad-based knowledge of the visual arts from a global perspective while learning historical, cultural, and theoretical approaches to works of art. At the intermediate level, majors take specialized courses focusing on a historical period, geographical region, or conceptual theme that allow for in-depth study of a topic.	The minor is comprised of a total of 21 credits: ENS 201 - Introduction to Environmental and Sustainability Studies ENS 300 - Principles of Sustainability HTM 240 - Introduction to Meeting and Event Management HTM 340 - Event Sustainability HTM 360 - Corporate Social Responsibility in the Tourism Industry HTM 313 - Farm to Fork - Sustainability in Food Service Cuisine OR HTM 190 - Field Preparation AND HTM 290 - Field Experience And one of the following: SPM 376 - Sport Facility and Event Management HTM 333 - Hospitality Facilities Management HTM 368 - Geotourism	Coursework varies with emphasis selection but focuses on the following areas: Anatomy and physiology Behavior modification Exercise testing Research methods Special populations Exercise physiology Exercise prescription and programming	Students are required to complete 13 to 14 credits, including research/lab experience. To receive the M.Ed degree in educational leadership with an emphasis in special education administration, students must complete the College of Education and Community Innovation foundations requirements plus special education emphasis requirements for a minimum of 45 credit hours.	The badge is achieved through face-to-face learning and comprised of one three-credit class: CMB 350 - Foundations in Brewing You will have the opportunity to enter your beverages into competition for evaluation, scoring, and awards.
