1. Tell us about your journey since graduation.
Since earning my degree in 2020, I’ve built a dynamic and purpose-driven career in the tech industry, shaped by continuous growth and meaningful relationships. I began as a Partner Development Coordinator at a local Managed Service Provider in Grand Rapids, MI, supporting partner recruitment, go-to-market initiatives, and event execution. I was later promoted to manage strategic partner programs and large-scale events that deepened engagement and expanded our partner ecosystem. In 2022, I joined a global technology vendor as a Partner Marketing Manager, where I led channel marketing campaigns, managed marketing development funds (MDF), and collaborated closely with sales teams to drive revenue growth. Today, I serve as a Partner Alliance Manager at People Driven Technology, a family-owned business committed to delivering consumable outcomes for our clients. In this role, I lead strategic vendor relationships, joint go-to-market initiatives, and cross-functional enablement strategies that support partner performance and client success. In addition to my professional role, I proudly serve on the board of Lady Driven, our internal Women in Technology group focused on building an impactful and meaningful network fundamental for empowering Women in Technology. I also volunteer with Paws With A Cause and look forward to joining their board of directors in Fall 2025. As I reflect on the last five years, I’m grateful for every opportunity, challenge, and collaboration that has helped shape my journey—and I’m energized for what’s ahead.

2. Share a favorite Grand Valley memory.
One of my favorite college memories is meeting the friends who would become like family. We bonded over late-night study sessions, spontaneous adventures, and just always showing up for each other. Another highlight was playing intramural sports—especially when our co-ed field hockey team, made up mostly of beginners, ended up winning the league. We joined for fun and ended up with a championship and some unforgettable moments.

3. What's the best piece of advice you've ever received?
"Grit is passion and perseverance for very long-term goals. It is having stamina. Grit is sticking with your future, day in and day out, not just for the week, not just for the month, but for years, and working really hard to make that future a reality." - Angela Duckworth

4. List three words you would use to describe your Grand Valley experience.
Enlightening, transformative, and empowering

5. What difference would you like to make in the world?
I’d focus on empowering young women in tech by building confidence, breaking barriers, and providing mentorship. My goal is to show them that tech is a place for creativity and impact, and to inspire them to pursue their passions while overcoming challenges.
