Grand Valley would get bonus under Snyder plan

Gov. Rick Snyder’s budget proposal for higher education ties funding to performance. Under the proposal, Grand Valley would receive a one-time bonus for meeting performance requirements.

The bonus would net Grand Valley $3.9 million, which is more than all other 15 public universities in the state.
