Ballerini from the Universidad del Bio-Bio.
Two guests from the Universidad del Bio-Bio in Chile attended the
July 12 Board of Trustees meeting with Mark Schaub, chief
international officer.
Aldo Ballerini, vice rector, and Elizabeth Grandón, head of
international programs, were introduced at the start of the meeting.
The institution is Grand Valley’s only partner university in
South America. Schaub said it interesting that both Grand Valley and
the Universidad del Bio-Bio are named for the river valleys where they
are situated, and they both have two main campuses (Concepción and
Chillán, Chile).
