The deadline for submission of the required forms to lead programs in Spring/Summer 2026 is May 31, 2025.  

Unless it is a brand-new offering, every program needs to submit two forms:

1. The Program Continuation form (if the program has gone in the last 4 years) OR the Program ReActivation Form (if it has been more than 4 years since the program went).

2. Your draft budget using the Budget Template form.
